Global Recycled Standard
Recrylic® is certified recycled by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) – an international body that sets requirements for recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions.
By verifying recycled content, GRS provides users with a tool to make informed business decisions. This means that you can rely on Recrylic to help meet your sustainability objectives.
Recycled Content Certification
Recrylic is also certified under the Recycled Content Certification standard (RCC) by SCS Global. RCC evaluates products made from pre-consumer or post-consumer material diverted from the waste stream.
Certification measures the percentage of recycled content for the purpose of making an accurate claim in the marketplace.
U.S. Green Building Council
Recrylic is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, which promotes sustainability in building design, construction, and operation.
USGBC is best known for its development of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating systems. Use of recycled products like Recrylic can help achieve LEED certification.
